Ramsay's Road
Exploration
In 1840, Henry Ramsay became Assistant Commissioner of Kumaon. Known for his sharp observation, strong will, and unwavering dedication to the people, he earned respect from both his superiors and the locals. The Mayolikhan trail, named in his honor, takes you through ancient bridle paths lined with towering cedars and oaks, passing waterfalls and rocky outcrops, all leading to a serene, time-forgotten village. We can also arrange a delightful picnic for you, adding a touch of magic to this picturesque journey.
