Le Dîner Dans le Noir at the Night Room

This is a dinner-in-the-dark experience set within the Night Room. A blindfolded evening where sight is surrendered and the senses sharpen delightfully in its absence. Inspired by the idea that flavour, aroma and texture reveal themselves most vividly when one cannot see, the experience invites guests into a world of playful intrigue.

Over the course of a secret seven-course meal, guests are invited to guess what they are eating as each dish arrives without introduction or explanation. We are not telling you what is on the menu, you will simply have to be blindfolded to find out.
