Literally Literary
Literally Literary is a dining experience where literature finds expression on the plate. Drawn from books found in Narendra Singh ji’s personal library, each course begins with a passage and is reimagined through flavour, aroma and presentation.
From Sylvia Plath’s vichyssoise and caviar in The Bell Jar to the clam chowder of Moby-Dick, from the rustic warmth of gnocchi in The Brotherhood of the Grape to Virginia Woolf’s richly braised Lamb Daube, every dish becomes both interpretation and homage. Served as a multi-course experience, Literally Literary unfolds somewhere between a dinner and a reading room, where stories are not merely told but tasted.
